SRT Solutions, Microsoft and Adobe Present Open Spaces Forum: User Interface Software and What You Need to Know Now

Attendees Benefit: Event Format Provides Hands-On Time with New Technologies, 1-on-1 Discussion with Experts

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – ANN ARBOR, MICH—MARCH 10, 2007 –

SRT Solutions, Adobe and Microsoft are hosting an Open Spaces event: "User Interface Software and What You Need to Know Now" from 8:30-4:30 p.m. on April 4 at the Ann Arbor IT Zone. Presented by SRT Solutions, the unique and interactive Open Spaces format will bring attendees current information on the latest advances in the ever-evolving software industry.

The event will include an overview of Windows Presentation Foundation, Google Web Toolkit and Adobe's Flex led by experts Bill Wagner, Microsoft regional director, Dianne Marsh, co-founder of SRT Solutions, and James Ward, Adobe Technical Evangelist. Unlike other seminars where the day's agenda is rigid, Open Spaces forums allow attendees to specify the afternoon's content and direction, taking full advantage of the expertise of the group. Throughout the afternoon, the User Interface Forum will enable attendees to participate in small group discussions of specific technical challenges or interests with the expert presenters.

"Anyone interested in emerging technologies will find this event interesting and informative," explained Wagner, "but for software developers, technical decision makers, senior engineers and architects, it simply can't be missed. The User Interface Forum will detail the latest software industry innovations as well as what other companies are doing to show how these techniques can be used to benefit your business."

"The Open Spaces format of the User Interface Forum will provide the opportunity for attendees to experiment with these new toolkits to see how they can be used to create compelling experiences for users and customers," Wagner added. "User experiences will be a key differentiator for software offerings in the coming years."

The User Interface Forum includes a continental breakfast sponsored by Adobe and catered lunch provided by Microsoft. Space for this event is limited and registration is required. Cost for the User Interface Forum is $75 for those who register before March 26 and $90 for those who register after. Registration is now open on SRT's website, http://www.srtsolutions.com/public/item/162194.
