Introducing MobiMash
What is it? A multi-platform scheduler for CodeMash and more. A learning project that a few of us at SRT Solutions and Target Your Hand took on this month is what it would take to write a similar application on all of the major mobile platforms (Android, iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Phone). The result is MobiMash. It displays the list of sessions, abstracts, bios, and schedule information. Also we wanted to be able to save favorite sessions, view the tweets marked with #codemash, rate the sessions from 1 to 5 and give that information to the CodeMash organizers, view flickr photos, and get announcements from the CodeMash rss feed. Not all of the platforms will have every feature nor look the same, but the basic set should be covered by all.
Check out http://mobimash.org on your smart phone to download. Also check out the website for information on how many times MobiMash is installed on each platform and top ten favorite and ranked sessions.
Right now we only have Android and iPhone available, but follow @mobimash on twitter to find out when the Blackberry and Windows Phone versions will be available.
