Is Inshoring a relevant strategy for Michigan’s Software Industry?

This has been a topic talked about between a number of my friends and I. Sure in the Midwest I can certainly has a lower cost per hour becasue cost of living is lower but can you really get to the $10-$30/hour that a China or Russian area country can?

I don't believe we can compete strictly on price. We won't find quality developers in that range.

However, we can provide significant cost savings while also providing more team stability and more timely results.

Customers want three things:  Better, Faster, Cheaper.  We need to include Better and Faster as well.
